Analyze daily metrics to ensure service quality and performance standards Identify and implement Revenue Cycle process improvements and special projects Establish effective communication between billing teams and RCM resources, including Coding, Analytics, and IT Build strong cross-functional relationships to foster collaboration and drive results.
