POSITION SUMMARY: Lead the organization's enterprise privacy program, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) while serving as the subject matter expert on healthcare privacy. Develop and oversee privacy risk management, including risk assessments, incident response, breach management, and privacy-by-design across clinical and technology environments. Partner with Legal, Compliance, IT, Security, and Operations to integrate
