Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Role: Own Radity 's technology direction and engineering organization, from delivery quality on client projects to how Radity adopts AI in building software. Stack: TypeScript, Python, Java or similar modern languages; Azure or AWS; AI-assisted development tools Experience: You have led engineering teams and senior engineers through complex enterprise software delivery, typically with about 10+ years in software engineering. English: B2 or higher, C1 ideal Contract: Full-time, indefinite B2B contract with Radity ; you invoice Radity monthly in USD.
