POSITION SUMMARY: Support Strategic Initiatives: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, develop frameworks, and manage key payor contracting initiatives. Monitor Performance & Identify Opportunities: Develop KPIs, dashboards, and leadership presentations while identifying revenue opportunities and challenges. Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Analytics, Revenue Cycle Management, and Finance to develop analyses and models supporting payor contracting strategies. Present Insights & Industry Trends: Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and monitor evolving payor and demographic trends. Demonstrate Strong Analytical & Leadership Skills: Apply strong problem-solving, project management, communication, Microsoft Office, collaboration, and independent decision-making
