Quisitive is looking for a Change Management Consultant to help clients adopt Microsoft Copilot, Cowork, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Purview, and other Microsoft technologies. This hands-on role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with people, facilitating conversations, and turning change strategies into practical action. White this is a remote position, some travel is required. We prefer candidates located in Houston, east Texas or western Louisiana. What You'll Do Support change management activities for Microsoft technology projects. Conduct stakeholder, readiness, and change impact assessments and turn the findings into clear, actionable change plans. Build and execute communication, training, sponsor engagement and reinforcement plans that help users embrace change.
