Program Manager

Description Quantum Sky is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Program Manager to support our Federal Civilian Division. This individual will help manage day-to-day program activities, coordinate with internal teams, sub-contractors, and government customers, to ensure projects and deliverables stay on track. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, able to work independently, communicate effectively, and takes ownership of their work. We're looking for someone who can manage competing priorities, anticipate challenges, and keep teams aligned while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. This is a fully remote position with up to 10% domestic travel. Responsibilities: Manage daily program activities, schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure customer commitments are met. Coordinate with federal customers, internal teams, and external partners to support successful program execution. Track program performance, identify potential risks, and help resolve issues before they impact delivery. Prepare program management reports, customer updates, meeting materials, and executive briefings. Lead program meetings, document action items, and follow through to ensure timely completion. Work closely with technical, contracts, finance, and leadership teams to support program objectives. Maintain accurate program documentation and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
