The VP of Engineering Program Management will play a critical role in driving organizational efficiency, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless execution of top-level initiatives across our Product & Engineering teams. This leadership position requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, exceptional program management skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to redefine, formalize, and implement new processes that support our rapid growth and scalability. At Qu you will own the following: Release Management Tools and Processes Optimization: Drive the implementation of new tools and processes to enhance release management, making it faster and easier to roll out software releases to our customers at the end of each sprint. Communication and Transparency: Improve communication and transparency regarding software releases, ensuring customers are informed about when they will receive the latest updates. Staff Augmentation: Determine where the current gaps are and build a small, dedicated team responsible for managing release activities.
