Job Summary Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator | Purdue IT | Remote position for the right person Purdue IT is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator to help support and enhance enterprise Marketing Cloud solutions across Purdue University . This role offers the opportunity to support and expand Purdue’s enterprise Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment, working with departments across the university to improve digital communications and marketing capabilities. The successful candidate will contribute to evolving CRM solutions, platform enhancements, and the adoption of new Marketing Cloud technologies while helping campus partners use these tools effectively. In this role, you’ll translate business and user needs into effective technical solutions while building, deploying, maintaining, and supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You’ll partner with end users, business process owners, and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, improve complex processes, and help users get more value from the platform. Using your technical expertise and professional judgment, you’ll apply established best practices across Purdue’s CRM and Marketing Cloud environment, provide consultation and training, and build strong partnerships that support sustainable solutions.
