Job Summary: Reporting to the Chief Enrollment and Partnerships Officer, the Vice President, Enrollment Management (VP of EM) leads Purdue Global's new student enrollment operation and is accountable for delivering new student academic starts each term. The role owns the student's path from the point Marketing hands off a qualified inquiry through the first-term add/drop period. This position serves working adult students in a fully online institution, with emphasis on providing an informed, supportive experience for those students; routinely achieving budget and start goals; and creating a positive work environment centered on collaboration, respect, student outcomes, and continuous improvement.
