Position Summary The Manager, Information Technology is responsible for leading technology workstreams and delivering strategic technology initiatives that support pharmaceutical manufacturers, Patient Support Programs (PSPs), and internal business operations. This role serves as a key technology partner for clients and internal stakeholders, leading the implementation of new software applications, technology-enabled business processes, system enhancements, and technology components of new Patient Support Program launches. The Manager, Information Technology will oversee projects from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, change management, launch, and post-implementation support.
