About the Role We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering outstanding customer outcomes. You'll own a portfolio of customers, working closely with them to understand their goals, drive adoption, and ensure they realise ongoing value from our solutions. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll partner with Sales, Product, and Support teams to create seamless and meaningful customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Own and manage a portfolio of customers, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact. Build strong, long term relationships by understanding customer objectives and aligning solutions to their needs.
