Role:- Software Engineer 1 (Full-Stack) - Full Time W2 Salary Range:- $90,000 to $120,000 + stock options Overview:- This is an early-career role for an engineer who wants to grow quickly on a production system where quality matters and the regulatory stakes are real. As a Software Engineer 1, your job is to build and ship. You will work across our TypeScript/Node back end and React front end, starting with small, clearly defined pieces of work and taking on more as your understanding of the system grows. You will have a dedicated onboarding buddy, a team lead who meets with you weekly, and teammates who pair with you rather than leaving you to figure it out alone. Our engineering team is fully remote. Responsibilities:- Ship work across the stack, from bug fixes and small features to test coverage and tech debt, with support from senior enginee
