Keep reading. We are hiring a Marketing Director who will be in charge of leading the ProMach Systems & Process Group marketing efforts. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for leading our marketing team and evaluating and developing marketing budgets, strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts. You will ensure that the marketing plans are communicated to business leaders and align with each business’ strategic objectives and overarching ProMach and S&P Group goals to build awareness, position brands, increase synergies, and drive growth. You must be comfortable interacting with people at all levels of the organization, while working closely with the S&P marketing team, Business Unit President, Senior Vice-Presidents, General Managers/VP, sales leaders and product managers. You must be data driven and metrics focused, and possess a high level of creativity, strong writing skills, strong inter-personal skills, and knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.
