Functions and Responsibilities: Support the insurance expert – You handle administrative and organizational tasks related to insurance contracts. Contract and claims management – You review and process insurance contracts as well as claims, ensuring smooth execution. Administrative work & data maintenance – You work with broker management software (ideally Insurgo) and keep all relevant data up to date. Communication & contact point – You are the primary point of contact for administrators and support them with questions regarding contracts and claims. Structured working method – You ensure that all processes are handled efficiently and thoroughly. Competencies and Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in the insurance industry, ideally in contract processing or claims management. Completed vocational training as an insurance specialist (Versicherungskaufmann/-frau or Versicherfachmann/-frau). Experience with broker management software – ideally you are familiar with Insurgo or willing to quickly learn it. Structured & independent working method – You work thoroughly, stay organized, and maintain an overview even with complex tasks.
