Enrichment Program Manager

The Enrichment Program Manager is the right hand to the Enrichment Edge leader, executing the design, build, measurement, and rollout of scalable life enrichment programs, including the SOPs, tools, data, and training that Coaches and LE teams rely on. This role also participates in new implementation making sure every client launches with a tailored plan and a clean handoff to Enrichment Edge Coach. Why Join Us: Salary Range is $95,000-$110,000/yr | Credit given for experience Great Benefits Available Fully Remote Opportunity What You'll Actually Do: Lead the development, enhancement, and scaling of Enrichment Edge programs, transforming strategic priorities into structured, client-ready service offerings. Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, training materials, tools, and resources that support consistent program delivery across teams and clients. Own program measurement and reporting by developing dashboards, analyzing data trends, and turning insights into actionable recommendations. Manage implementation and onboarding efforts
