This individual will oversee a team of 2 and will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer relationships and driving engagement through operationalization of marketing campaigns across various stages of the customer lifecycle. The successful candidate will have a strong background in CRM, email marketing, and customer segmentation. What you’ll do: Oversee a CRM strategy team to plan, create and implement complex CRM campaigns throughout the customer journey and improve engagement, retention, and loyalty. Develop and optimize customer journeys, mapping out touchpoints and interactions to enhance the overall customer experience.
