What you’ll do: Lead and organize resource planning for Trading sports and key events Design end-to end processes to originate projections from the initial research stage through trading Incorporate and surface data required to improve and optimize processes Help schedule and manage Game Operations team resources on a week to week basis Facilitate trainings and learning opportunities to help develop the Game Operations team Provide regular feedback and coaching to Game Operations team members Maintain, and Monitor accurate player projections for all markets throughout the day and track any key information needed for projections Manage risk and monitor projections accordingly utilizing modeling and quantitative analysis Understand PrizePicks members’ play patterns and adjust internal processes and projections accordingly Work alongside Game Operations Leadership to implement strategies, best practices and processes around key markets Ability to apply and adapt Game Operations skills for other sports
