This role is a data-centric hire for the Game Operations Business Intelligence team whose mission is to “Empower Game Operations with specialized analyses, tools, and expertise that enhance outcomes." What you’ll do: Distill datasets into recommendations with clear visualizations and concise talking points. Scope and complete ad-hoc data requests about game mechanics, product, or user performance. Build, document, and maintain easy-to-use and insightful dashboards and reusable analyses. Partner with Game Operations and Product to address data, performance, and process gaps. Enhance datasets to increase usability and ability to perform nuanced analysis and reporting. Provide subject matter expertise on data, pricing, users, and game operations or mechanics. What you have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in statistics, finance, math, or business analysis.
