We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent and Workforce Strategy, this manager will oversee recruiting delivery, UKG Pro onboarding operations, compliance, reporting, and team performance across a geographically dispersed business. The ideal candidate is a hands-on people leader who sets clear priorities, coaches for results, uses data to improve performance, and partners confidently with Operations and Human Resources. This role may manage select critical searches and provide support during high-volume periods, but its primary focus is supporting the team and maintaining effective daily operations.
