Finance Business Partner - Adult Care & Restore

We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance team, supporting our Adult Care and Restore divisions. This is a fully remote role, so you can be based anywhere in the UK. Working closely with the Head of Commercial Finance and senior leaders, you’ll provide financial insight and commercial guidance to drive performance and support informed decision-making. Building strong relationships will be key to your success. You’ll partner with operational teams and work with local authorities and other stakeholders to understand business needs, influence decisions and identify opportunities to improve financial performance and ensure our services are appropriately funded. What you'll be doing You’ll partner with senior leaders across Adult Care and Restore, providing financial insight and commercial support to drive performance, inform decisions and ensure services are financially sustainable. Key responsibilities include : Leading month-end reviews, analysing performance, risks and opportunities. Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. Tracking KPIs, activity, pricing and return on investment. Providing commercial input into tenders, contract renewals and new business opportunities. Analysing funding arrangements and fee rates to identify opportunities to improve income. Supporting commissioner negotiations around fee increases, inflationary uplifts and additional care costs.
