You are accountable for the health of the systems your domain owns, the quality and durability of the team's technical decisions, and the growth and effectiveness of the engineers you lead. You will set direction for your domain, create clarity for engineers and partners, and ensure the team is focused on the problems that matter most. We are hiring three Directors of Software Engineering to lead distinct product and platform domains: Consumer Experience, B2B Products & Portals, and Backend Platforms & Services. Each role shares the same leadership expectations, but the technical emphasis will vary by domain. We are looking for leaders with deep experience in at least one of these areas, not all three. You will work directly with engineering leadership, product leaders, technical product managers, and other domain leads to connect technical strategy to business outcomes.
