Job Description: Licensing Manager Company: Premier Mortgage Resources Department: Licensing & Compliance Reports To: Chief Compliance Officer Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary Premier Mortgage Resources is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Licensing Manager to lead the company's mortgage licensing operations. This role is responsible for overseeing state licensing for the company, its branches, and its Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs), ensuring full compliance with NMLS and state regulatory requirements at every stage of the licensing lifecycle. The Licensing Manager leads and develops the licensing team, sets processes and quality standards for licensing submissions, and serves as the organization's primary point of contact with state regulators. This role partners closely with legal, compliance, accounting, and executive leadership to protect PMR's ability to originate loans across all licensed states and to support the company's growth into new markets. The ideal candidate combines deep working knowledge of mortgage licensing and regulatory reporting with proven leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
