Senior Financial Systems Analyst What you will be doing: This position serves as a senior individual contributor responsible for the administration, configuration, enhancement, and production support of Workday Financials and related finance technology solutions. The role partners with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions, strengthen controls, improve reporting, and increase process efficiency. Reporting to the Director of Financial Systems, this role provides hands-on functional and technical leadership across financial accounting, financial reporting, accounts receivable, revenue, supplier accounts, procurement, business assets, expenses, cash and banking, and financial planning and analysis. Responsibilities include Workday business process and security administration, reporting, integration support, release impact assessment, ServiceNow request management, audit support, and end-user guidance. The position independently leads complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts; coordinates cross-functional work with Finance, Accounting, IT, internal and external auditors, and third-party partners; and supports special projects and the financial systems roadmap. This role has no direct reports but is expected to provide subject-matter expertise, influence decisions, and mentor less-experienced team members through day-to-day collaboration.
