Precision for Medicine is recruiting a Clinical Research Associate II / Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our full-service team in Poland . ** This position is fully home based ** About you: You are an experienced independent monitor who takes ownership of your sites and does not wait to be told what needs attention. You understand what really matters for patient safety, data integrity and study delivery, and can distinguish critical risks from administrative noise. You build credible relationships with investigators and site teams while remaining confident in addressing difficult or sensitive issues. You identify emerging risks early, escalate appropriately and come with solutions, not just problems. You are organized and well prepared, able to manage competing priorities across your sites without compromising quality.
