Senior Medical Science Liaison, South (Multiple Territories)

Location: This position may be performed remotely with the required ability to travel up to 60–80%, as needed. Dallas, TX Little Rock, AR Oklahoma City, OK Birmingham, AL Louisville, KY Position Summary: Praxis is seeking a field-based Senior Medical Science Liaisons (MSL) to support prelaunch and launch activities. This role will focus on building trusted relationships with investigators and key stakeholders, delivering high-quality scientific exchange, and ensuring clinical and account readiness in advance of and following potential approval. You will play a critical role in translating clinical data into meaningful insights for the field, educating healthcare professionals on disease state and emerging data, and identifying opportunities and barriers that may impact adoption. Working cross-functionally with Medical, Clinical Development, and Commercial teams, you will help shape and execute field strategy in a dynamic, fast-moving launch environment. This is not a passive, reactive role – you are expected to operate with a high degree of ownership, proactively generate insights, and influence the field through credible, science-driven engagement.
