For my long-standing client, I am looking for a Team Lead Professional Services (m/f/d) REMOTE. Responsibilities Management and coordination of the Professional Services team to ensure first-class services. Development and implementation of strategies to optimize recruitment processes. Consulting and support for clients regarding customized personnel and recruitment solutions. Monitoring and analyzing KPIs to ensure target achievement and continuous improvement. Promoting the professional development of team members through training and mentoring. Qualifications Team Leadership and Development: You lead teams with clarity, empathy, and a focus on growth and collaboration. Experience in Multi-Stakeholder Projects: You confidently coordinate clients, partners, and internal teams while keeping all the threads together. Crisis Management: You keep a cool head even in actual crisis situations on important projects and safely guide teams and stakeholders through challenging situations. Analytical Strength and Technical Curiosity: You think quickly and in a structured manner and are able to familiarize yourself with highly complex technical topics. Desirable: Technical Know-How: Experience with IT infrastructures – ideally Linux environments or Identity & Access Management. Open-Source Competence: You are familiar with the working methods, culture, and forms of collaboration in the open-source world and have already actively contributed to projects.
