Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Engineering Manager

Position Summary We are currently seeking an Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Engineering Manager to lead and support engineering projects within our Energy group. This role will provide technical leadership, project oversight, and team management across a variety of energy and industrial projects, including power generation facilities, natural gas compressor stations, LNG facilities, gas processing facilities, and other midstream and downstream infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a senior I&C professional with strong technical expertise, project experience, and leadership capabilities who can work directly with clients, lead multidisciplinary teams, and help grow and develop the I&C engineering practice. Role & Responsibilities Lead and manage I&C engineering teams across multiple projects and clients Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to I&C engineers and designers Serve as a key technical and client-facing leader throughout project execution Coordinate I&C activities with electrical, mechanical, civil, process, and other engineering disciplines Review and approve engineering designs, calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical deliverables Develop engineering scopes, design approaches, studies, and project estimates Develop instrumentation and control system specifications and procurement documentation Evaluate vendor proposals, technical bids, and equipment selections Troubleshoot complex I&C and controls e
