Position Overview Point Foundation seeks a hands-on, systems-minded Director of Development Operations to serve as the engine behind the Development team's fundraising success. This is a builder role - someone who can zoom out to shape a forward-looking and AI-powered technology roadmap and zoom back in to troubleshoot a broken integration before it slows the team down. The Director will own the full technical infrastructure that powers fundraising at Point. Partnering closely with the Chief Development Officer on the day-to-day, and with the Sr. Director, Technology & Systems on strategy an
