Role Overview As a Junior Writer, you will be responsible for adapting and localizing English content into Spanish - culturally relevant versions, ensuring narrative consistency, emotional depth, and audience engagement. You will work closely with editorial, production, and AI teams to refine scripts, monitor performance, and enhance content quality across the platform. Key Responsibilities 1. Content Development & Adaptation Review English show materials (audio/scripts) and prepare localization sheets and concept notes with strong cultural adaptation. Adapt scripts using designated GenAI tools, ensuring proper structuring, tone, and inclusion of emotion tags where required. Review and refine AI-generated translations to ensure alignment with editorial standards, cultural nuances, and narrative integrity. Incorporate editorial and technical feedback to revise and deliver high-quality, polished scripts. Deliver ~300 localized and AI-adapted scripts per month, adhering to timelines and quality benchmarks. 2. Quality Reviews & Continuous Improvement Review published audio episodes and provide structured feedback on AI-generated adaptations. Identify recurring issues in translation, tone, or storytelling and recommend improvements. Analyze user comments and feedback to enhance content quality and relevance. 3.
