In this role, you will: VIP Line & Limit Management: Oversee regional VIP betting activities, tailoring limits, lines, and available markets to align with individual VIP client requests and gaming profiles. Manual Bet Acceptance: Organize and control the manual acceptance of ultra-large VIP stakes; take full accountability for processing paper-based/off-book manual bets and related operations. Operational Alignment: Directly collaborate with regional teams and VIP hosts on limits, line adjustments, bet approvals, and communicating limit reductions or rejections. Operational Guidelines & Training: Develop, update, and audit manual bet acceptance procedures; deliver regular training and consulting to agents while monitoring strict compliance. Process Controls: Enforce manual accounting procedures with a clear segregation of duties between bet placement and settlement.
