In this role, you will: Draft, review, negotiate and manage commercial agreements , including SaaS, IT, service and licensing contracts. Provide legal support throughout the contract lifecycle and advise on contractual, legal and commercial risks. Support employment and immigration matters , including employment agreements, visas, work permits and relocations. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Compliance, Regulatory, Procurement and Business teams . Contribute to legal process automation and optimization , including AI and legal tech tools. Maintain contract templates and legal playbooks . Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on the business. Skills you’ll need to bring: 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Contract Lawyer, Commercial Lawyer or Legal Counsel. Law degree ; LL.M. is a plus. Fluent English , both written and spoken. Strong experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts . Good understanding of commercial, employment and immigration law . Experience with cross-border matters and international counterparties
