Financial Business Partner & Analyst

Responsibilities Participate in the budgeting process , including accrual and cash budgeting; Perform regular reconciliations with counterparties and investigate discrepancies; Monitor and analyze the budget on a weekly basis , identifying deviations and potential risks; Independently manage the full reporting closing cycle for the marketing function; Participate in the contract approval process from the Finance function perspective; Analyze financial and management accounting data and provide insights to support business decisions; Monitor costs, budget execution, and financial performance; Work closely with Marketing and other business teams on financial planning and analysis; Identify deviations from budget and support the development of corrective actions; Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data and reporting. Requirements Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field ; 5+ years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, FP&A, or a similar role; Experience in Gaming / Betting / iGaming is a plus
