Affiliate Manager Crypto

We are looking for a hands-on Affiliate Manager (Crypto) with a background in crypto casinos and iGaming. In this role, you will scale high-quality traffic, expand our affiliate network, and manage deal economics for maximum profitability. In this role, you will: Source, onboard, and activate new affiliates, webmasters, and media buying teams in the Crypto iGaming niche. Structure, negotiate, and launch deals across various models ( CPA, RevShare, Hybrid ). Evaluate deal economics: calculate LTV, ROI/ROMI, traffic profitability, and overall margin. Monitor key product and conversion metrics that impact traffic revenue (CR, FTD, Retention, NGR). Manage, nurture, and scale existing affiliate relationships, constantly optimizing terms based on performance.
