UI/UX Engineer

Our client, a global leader in financial services, corporate governance, and asset administration, is seeking a Senior UX/UI & Product Experience Designer to join their centralized Experience Design group. This strategic role is tasked with delivering high-impact, human-centered design solutions across complex enterprise digital transformation streams. The Senior Designer will direct the end-to-end design process—from user research and service blueprinting to high-fidelity prototyping and design system governance—working closely with product managers, engineers, and executive business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities UX Strategy & Design Execution End-to-End Ownership: Lead and direct UX activities for large, complex B2B features and enterprise modules from conceptual ideation to detailed UI delivery. Artefact Creation: Build comprehensive design artefacts, including user flows, service blueprints, interactive wireframes, and production-ready high-fidelity UI specifications. Prototyping & Iteration: Design, test, and iterate on complex user interactions, ensuring technical feasibility and intuitive user journeys for software engineering hand-off.
