Trainer (BPO / Finance)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Trainer to support our banking operations account. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs, facilitating learning sessions, and ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to perform effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of banking operations, and the ability to engage learners in both virtual and face-to-face settings. Key Responsibilities: Conduct new hire training, refresher sessions, and upskilling programs Deliver instructor-led training (virtual and classroom-based) aligned with business requirements Facilitate discussions, role plays, and practical exercises to enhance learning retention Provide coaching and constructive feedback to trainees Partner with Operations and Quality teams to identify training needs and performance gaps Monitor trainee progress and endorse for certification based on performance standards Support the development and updating of training materials and modules Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree graduate 2–4 years of work experience in US/UK banking operations and training within a call center or shared services environment Basic understanding of training methodologies for both virtual and face-to-face instructor-led sessions Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills Good to Have: Exposure to US or UK banking industry Experience in underwriting and payouts processes Skills and Compe
