RPA Support (BluePrism)

Role Overview We are looking for a technically skilled RPA Developer to design, enhance, deploy, and support robotic process automations that improve operational efficiency and service delivery across the organization. This role combines hands-on development with platform support responsibilities, ensuring automations are scalable, stable, and compliant with governance standards. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and process experts to deliver reliable automation solutions and continuously improve the automation ecosystem. Key Responsibilities RPA Development & Deployment Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions based on business requirements Enhance existing automations to improve performance, scalability, and resilience Ensure new releases are thoroughly tested and do not impact live processes Maintain reusable components and development best practices Automation Operations & Support Monitor live automations and resolve production issues in a timely manner Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring incidents Manage version upgrades and environment compatibility Platform & Infrastructure Set up and configure virtual machines and required system access for automation execution Coordinate with IT teams to provision infrastructure aligned with automation demand Governance, Documentation & Compliance Follow change management, risk, and approval processes for all automation deployments Maintai
