Oracle HCM Solution Architect

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. This role will be responsible for defining architecture strategies, ensuring scalable and secure system design, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality HCM platforms that support HR and business objectives. The successful candidate will bring deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle HCM, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to guide projects from concept through delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Develop architectural assessments, define solution strategies, and create roadmaps for Oracle HCM applications. Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Oracle HCM solutions aligned with business objectives.
