Nursing Trainer / Educator

We are looking for an experienced nurse educator to design and deliver online learning programs for clinical teams supporting a US-based organization. You will help new and tenured nurses build skills and confidence through engaging virtual training, and you will work closely with US-based education colleagues to keep content current and effective. Key responsibilities Plan, build, and deliver virtual training for nursing staff, including onboarding, specialty clinical skills (such as cardiac rhythm interpretation), new graduate transition, and mentor development Create interactive digital learning content using online learning platforms and tools Apply adult learning principles and sound teaching methods to design programs for different experience levels Work with US-based education specialists to share best practices and refine learning plans Assess nurse competency and keep training aligned with regulatory and organizational standards Track program results, analyze learner data, and report on outcomes and improvement opportunities About you Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an active Philippine RN license At least 5 years of combined experience, including 3+ years of clinical practice in a relevant specialty and 2+ years in leadership, training, or professional development project work Experience designing or facilitating online or blended learning Familiarity with US healthcare practices and the ability to work with US-based teams Strong communication, analytical, and pr
