ERP Systems Configuration Expert

Role Overview A healthcare-focused organization is seeking an ERP Systems Configuration Expert to support and optimize enterprise financial systems across a geographically distributed environment. This role blends ERP configuration, finance operations, and systems integration , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across critical financial processes. The ideal candidate has a strong background in ERP financial applications, hands-on accounting experience, and the ability to manage complex system integrations and reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities ERP Systems & Financial Operations Interpret, execute, and support financial ERP models while resolving complex finance-related issues. Provide support for month-end and year-end financial close processes. Maintain system integrity and ensure accurate financial data processing across platforms. Systems Integration & Support Manage integrations and troubleshoot issues across platforms such as Workday , Oracle , and BlackLine . Monitor daily system integrations and proactively resolve outages or disruptions. Support Finance IT change management, including system updates, enhancements, and maintenance. Security, Reporting & Data Management Oversee system access, roles, and security controls across ERP platforms. Develop and maintain custom financial reports and dashboards within ERP systems. Provide reporting support and insights to business units and leadership teams. Testing & Continuous Improvement
