Job Title: General Accountant Location: Remote Employment Type: Full Time Contract Company: Plurilock Security Inc (TSXV: PLUR) About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented General Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle accounting tasks, including month-end financial close and year-end activities, reconciliations, financial reporting & analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your efforts will contribute to the financial health and operational efficiency of the company. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and oversee daily accounting operations, including accruals and general ledger entries. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, analysis, and management reports. • Reconcile bank accounts, payroll, and ensure accurate cash flow monitoring. • Conduct full-cycle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations. • Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. • Support budget preparation and variance analysis for strategic decision-making. • Collaborate with external auditors during audit and ensure proper & complete documentation. • Continuously improve accounting procedures and processes to enhance efficiency. Monitor project budgets, costs, and billing in coordination with the project management team.
