Senior Director, Logistics Status: Exempt (Salaried) Department: Logistics Position Summary The Senior Director of Logistics provides leadership for Plug Power ’s hydrogen logistics transportation functions. This role is responsible for defining and executing a scalable, cost-effective, and compliant logistics strategy that supports enterprise growth and operational excellence. This North America role (excluding Europe operations) leads up to 5 direct reports and carries responsibility for total transportation and logistics spend of $15M+ annually. The Senior Director role leads the logistics organization, ensuring efficient movement and delivery of hydrogen, a safety-critical cryogenic hazardous material handled in both bulk liquid (LH2) and gaseous form, to customers while driving continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and technology enablement. This leader partners closely with Executive Leadership and cross-functional teams to align logistics capabilities with business priorities, support complex projects, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
