In this role, you will help us reach and connect with those who need our services by coordinating marketing projects, creating engaging content, and supporting our business development efforts. Your primary duties in this position would include: Coordinating marketing projects, deliverables, sponsorships, and deadlines with agencies, vendors, contractors, and other marketing partners. Drafting, editing, and proofreading newsletters, client communications, blog content, and other external marketing materials. Creating and editing on-brand graphics, advertisements, presentations, videos, and other materials for social media, digital campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives. Maintaining marketing contact lists, audience segments, CRM data, and referral-partner records; monitoring and supporting the firm’s social media presence. Reviewing and reconciling leads, calls, and web forms from Google Local Services Ads, the firm’s website, and other sources; ensuring accurate tracking and attribution
