Hi 👋 I'm Emily, Director of Growth Marketing at Pinpoint . We build and sell software that helps in house recruitment teams attract, hire and onboard the right people. We're a team of about 100 across the UK and the US, with a mature product, strong product market fit and happy customers. Pinpoint ships fast. Our product team releases new features every few weeks, and some of them change how we talk about the whole product. That pace is one of our biggest advantages, but only if customers, prospects, and our own team actually hear about it. Today most launches get positioned after they've gone live, so good work lands late and quietly. We need one person to close that gap and be the connection between Product and the rest of the company. That's why we're hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager . You'll know what's coming before it ships, decide how each feature is positioned, and make sure every launch is ready on day one. That way Sales can sell it and customers adopt it. What you should know up front Fully remote and UK based, with London coworking sessions, quarterly strategy days, and the occasional industry event. You'll join a marketing team of 6, including you, covering growth, content, customer marketing, events, and marketing ops.
