About The Role: As a Senior Staff Engineer, you will utilize your technical expertise to solve intricate engineering challenges, while also providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers. Your role will involve contributing to and leading complex transmission line projects, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and innovation throughout the project lifecycle. What You Will Be Doing: Lead and execute transmission line projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations Perform detailed engineering calculations, including pole design, foundation design, and clearance evaluation Prepare and review construction packages, technical reports, material specifications, constructability evaluations and permitting Identify and address complex engineering challenges, providing innovative and effective solutions Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers Conduct detailed technical design reviews, offer constructive feedback, and assist team m
