Business Analyst | Offshore

The Business Analyst will serve as a bridge between the business and technical teams, working to identify business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for solving complex business problems, and experience with process improvement and data analysis. Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, goals, and objectives. Analyze business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement or automation. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Create detailed process maps, user stories, and use cases to clearly define business needs. Develop and present reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with business leaders to drive alignment and decision-making. Support project management activities, including scope definition, timeline estimation, and risk management. Assist in quality assurance testing by reviewing functional specifications and validating that deliverables meet business requirements. Continuously evaluate industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making. Skills & Qualifications : Proven experience as a Business Analyst
