Your role: Providing telephone and remote clinical applications support to internal and external customers for the Philips Advanced Molecular Imaging product line. Providing detailed documentation of case notes, product data and patient data in a timely, accurate and confidential manner. Driving increased productivity through utilization of remote tools, technical and clinical skill, and optimized solution delivery. Multitasking between telephone and multiple software programs, with the soft-skills to deliver a caring, efficient and consistent experience. Delivering remote clinical problem solving, solutions, services training, guidance where applicable, and education for Advanced Molecular Imaging solutions.
