Phase2 is looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can help our clients move from data collection to decision‑making — and increasingly, from manual analysis to AI‑augmented insight. This role blends client‑facing strategic thinking with hands‑on technical execution. You’ll work across marketing, product, UX, and engineering teams to design measurement strategies, interpret complex data sets, and surface insights that inform both near term optimization and long term transformation.
