Key Responsibilities Lead projects from start to finish: Define scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, responsibilities, and success measures. Keep work organized and moving: Maintain accurate project plans, task lists, dashboards, and status reports; assign owners and deadlines; and follow through consistently. Coordinate teams: Align clinical, administrative, operational, and leadership stakeholders around priorities and deadlines. Manage risks and dependencies: Anticipate delays and resource constraints, resolve barriers, and escalate issues with recommended solutions.
