Quality Specialist, Cosmetic Compliance

Category: Cosmetics Location: Position: Quality Specialist,Cosmetic Compliance Duration: Part-time Location: Remote (based in Ireland) PositionOverview: Pharmalliance Consulting, a Dublin-based cGMP compliance, training and regulatory consultancy, is looking for a graduate-level Quality Specialist to join us part-time (10–20 hours per week, fully remote, immediate start). You’ll work alongside our senior consultants to help existing cosmetics clients build compliant product portfolios. That means reviewing ingredient and formulation information against EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and screening for fragrance allergens under Regulation 2023/1545. You’ll also check labels, track compliance status in Excel, and draft and control documents in client QMS systems. We’re looking for someone with a science degree, such as chemistry, cosmetic science, pharmaceutical science or biology. You should have a genuine interest in EU cosmetics regulation and a sharp eye for detail when checking ingredient lists, labels and data. Awareness of EC1223/2009 and ISO 22716 would be a bonus.
