You actively contact potential business clients over the phone (no B2C sales). You clarify needs and advise on suitable services. You work with a proven conversation guide – no cold calls into the unknown. You document conversations in the system and pass them on for further processing. You work closely with the field sales team. Your Profile: You bring communication skills and feel comfortable on the phone – regardless of your industry background. Experience in outbound or inbound telephony is ideal. Alternatively: Experience as a medical assistant (MFA), in hospitality, or in sales customer contact.
